First post. Finally.

This is a special moment. I really should have thought of something better to write, but I didn't. Jumping in head first with minimal planning. Gotta get this thing going and not let my usual cautious self stifle my progress.

What's this site about?

writeDRAWcode is my indie publication where I'll be documenting my career pivot to illustration and cartooning. You might say it's a blog, but I like to think it's more than that, or it at least as the potential to be more than that.

I'll be sharing all the details about my journey transitioning from my current career and into a full-time illustrator and cartoonist. Believe me, I have no illusions this will be easy.

Stick around, I think this is going to be fun.
